The Jewelry Group has a 20+ year legacy of developing, sourcing and selling elevated fashion jewelry pieces, with a design-centric point of view. Our legacy is rooted in our rich portfolio of the most covetable denim, apparel, jewelry and accessories brands in the world.
Each respective group is Iconic by Nature and Exceptional by Design. We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Placing Jewelry production orders
- Negotiates delivery dates
- Keys and updates production Purchase orders
- Communicates and follow up with overseas vendors and jewelry agent daily
- Monitors lead times with factories
- Follow up with PD on Final Approvals
- Ensures delivery of all jewelry orders on a timely basis to fulfill customers needs
- Updates and distributes production flow reports on a weekly basis
- Attends production meetings with Management team
Plus other tasks as requested by management Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of production experience
- RLM is a plus
- Strong analytical, computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and negotiate deliveries
- Strong communicating skills
- Detail oriented
- Excel experience preferred
