Introduction Join our dynamic team as a consultant specializing in Hogan and COBOL technologies. This remote position offers an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. The initial contract is for three months, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for our company. At least 5 years of experience with Hogan CIS, Deposits, and/or CAMS. Extensive knowledge of Hogan application components, such as Hogan Deposits, RPM, CIS, Umbrella, Client, ODS, and CAMS. Strong coding experience in CICS/VSAM and/or IMS/DB2, COBOL II, Easytrieve, JCL, MVS operating system, Expeditor, Endeavor, and/or Changeman source managers. Superior problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in software design, development life cycle, and methodologies. Logical and analytical skills. Experience with Hogan Core Banking Applications. Knowledge of Hogan concepts such as Umbrella, PEM, CDMF, Librarian, Logical Environments, and Hogan Abend Identification and fixing both online & batch. Mainframe Skills: COBOL, VSAM & JCL. Mainframe Tools: Easytrieve, SORT Utilities, ICTOOL. Hands-on development, testing, and application design. Responsible for JCL programming, testing, conversion monitoring, and verification. Develop and enhance Front End support methodology for Business Analysts. Design, develop, install, test, and document complex applications software at client product installations.
