Event CoordinatorWe are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the team in various ways during simultaneous conferences and events. You will play a key part in ATG's support of various USSOUTHCOM efforts to deter aggression, defeat threats, protect National Security, rapidly respond to crisis situations and build various area of responsibility (AOR) Information Technology (IT) capacity. Our team will provide direct support to implement and sustain mission critical IT networks and robust cyber defense services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote scheduling, facilitation, administration and troubleshooting of collaboration services.Support Press Conferences, conference room support, production support, video collaboration services and underlying technologiesConduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures.Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.Support USSOUTHCOM and/or joint Cyberspace Operations and Cyber exercises according to plans and requirements in support of services.Collaborates with staff and customers to facilitate events and exercises to include press conferences, briefings and various exercise.Qualifications RequiredSecurity Clearance Level: Must hold an active Secret level clearance.Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experienceAssociates Degree and 6 years of experience or Highschool Diploma and 8 years experience can qualify candidate in lieu of Bachelors degree.Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.DesiredExperience in large, distributed IT enterprisesDoD/Military experience with planning and executing various types of events.Physical and Environmental ConditionsWork to be performed out of Doral, FL supporting various missions across the area of responsibility.Must be able to sit for long periods of time in office-settingAdditional BenefitsPerformance Bonuses and annual salary reviewsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance401(k) plan with company matchOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and inclusive work environmentATG is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
