Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work either full-time (5days/week) or part-time (2days/week) at a skilled nursing facility in Alexandria, Virginia. Must be able to start ASAP Scheduling is flexible and no weekends involved We take great pride in having our LCSWs provide their services in person, please note this is not a remote opportunity.

LCSW Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providers will see geriatric patients for inpatient therapy services.
- Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
- Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
- Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.
We Require:
- MSW or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- One year of licensed clinical experience preferred.
- Valid and unrestricted licensure in Virginia as a LCSW in accordance with the regulations of the state.
- Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.
