We are seeking a highly motivated and driven IT System Administrator that will be responsible for supporting systems administration for VMWare, OKTA, Exchange, AWS/Azure along with more.


Client: Industry-Leading Engineering & Energy Solutions

Pay Rate: $40-45/hr.

Salary upon conversion: $110K

Position: IT Systems Administrator

Worksite Address: Anaheim, CA

Onsite/Remote: Onsite


Must-haves:

  • years of experience in Sys Admin position
  • AWS experience
  • and OKTA
  • Exchange Administration
  • Systems Administration


What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • project work / 30% escalation
  • modify, and delete user accounts as needed, assign appropriate access rights based on user roles, and ensure that users have seamless access to their virtualized applications and desktops.
  • that endpoints are regularly updated with the latest security patches, software updates, and firmware upgrades to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards. Client utilizes Manage Engine.
  • AutoTask to manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and changes submitted by end-users or clients.
  • user accounts, groups, and permissions within Okta.
  • technical support for Citrix-related issues.
  • be working on the following projects this year: Ubiquiti deployment project, AWS Workspaces for remote users and bringing up a datacenter in the Midwest within the next few months.
