Job Title: Energy Sales Advisor - Philadelphia


Job Summary:

ENACT Systems Inc. is seeking a Sales professional with a hunter mentality. A detail-oriented sales professional and motivated team player to support the US market team in a fast-paced start-up environment. The Energy Advisor will be responsible for selling to the US Consumer segment. Supporting new residential customers on their customer journey with ENACT. This includes understanding their renewable energy needs, preparing sales proposals and supporting their clean energy transition.


The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated sales rockstar, and have a passion for software, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. We are looking for a team player with the ability to complete tasks on time and think independently. The candidate will gain valuable experience as a vital part of a growing start-up.


Position Location: Remote position residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania


Full-Time/Part-Time: Full time


Remuneration Compensation Plan: Salary plus commission, stock options, Medical Plan and 401K match


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary tasks will include:

  • Build a pipeline of customers in specific target markets and segments
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and deliver high-quality presentations
  • Close customers at a regular schedule with a trackable pipeline and forecasts
  • Research and expand users on all new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, setting appointments)
  • Support Marketing team in responding to Inbound queries from marketing campaigns
  • Following a step-by-step sales process with full CRM adoption
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimisation
  • Generate a funnel of own leads and prospects (in addition to Marketing leads)

Qualifications:

  • Hunter mentality
  • Analytical and Comprehension skills
  • Tech savvy individuals who can navigate and adapt to the changing solar technology
  • High Energy, proactive, creative, team-oriented
  • 2 years minimum of experience in Sales or Business Development or Operations
  • Sales role in the Solar and/or Renewable Energy industry is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
