Qu buscamos

Estamos en la bsqueda de una persona organizada y proactiva que se encargue de las tareas administrativas y operativas de la oficina. Este rol incluye la compra de suministros la gestin de proveedores y el soporte en los procesos de seleccin y gestin de personal. El candidato ideal deber asegurar que la oficina est abastecida y funcionando eficientemente colaborando con el equipo de People para brindar una experiencia positiva a los empleados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir en la publicacin de ofertas de empleo y la gestin de candidatos en los diferentes portales de empleo.
  • Ayudar en la gestin y actualizacin de bases de datos de candidatos y documentos relacionados con la contratacin.
  • Ayuda con Tareas Diarias de Oficina.
  • Asegurar que la oficina est bien abastecida con suministros y que las instalaciones estn en buen estado.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de People para asegurar que los empleados cuenten con la informacin y los recursos necesarios.
  • Coordinar la logstica de la incorporacin de nuevos empleados asegurando una experiencia fluida.
  • Planificar y coordinar eventos de empresa reuniones y actividades de equipo asegurando que se desarrollen de manera eficiente.
  • Gestionar los desplazamientos y la logstica relacionada con eventos y reuniones tanto internos como externos.
  • Colaborar en la creacin de un ambiente de trabajo positivo a travs de la organizacin de actividades que promuevan la cohesin y el bienestar del equipo.
  • Asegurarse de que todos los aspectos administrativos y operativos de la oficina estn organizados y funcionando sin problemas.
  • Controlar presupuestos gastos y recursos financieros relacionados con la oficina.
  • Desarrollar e implementar polticas y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
