Job Description

  • Communicate with Owners, Partners, Representatives, Fabricators, General Contractors, Suppliers, Architects and Consultants;
  • Optimize job costs by negotiating prices with vendors/sub-contractors through quotations for material/services;
  • Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the Contract Administrator;
  • Interface with Owner and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility;
  • Training and mentoring of estimating staff and direct reports;


What you’ll need:

  • 5+ year’s structural steel
  • Experience in construction estimating
  • Tekla (essential)
