We have an expanding practice that currently includes five attorneys, an investigator, and four support staff. We will provide all the resources you need to get the job done.   • About the Role: Represent clients in a variety of criminal defense matters. We represent a large number of clients who are charged with high level crimes, such as drug trafficking, lewd & lascivious molestations, murders, and other serious offenses.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal representation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in criminal law and procedure. Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances. Advocate for clients in court, including pre-trial motions, trials, and sentencing hearings. Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. We all support each other
  • Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida Bar association. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in criminal law.
  • Required Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong trial and courtroom experience with a proven track record of success. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of lawyers and support staff. Sense of humor and ability to contribute to a fun and engaging, positive workplace culture. Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality a must
