Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Prosser, Washington. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a hospital-based inpatient/outpatient setting and an outpatient clinic. With a high volume of pediatric cases and some adult cases, this role is ideal for therapists who enjoy variety and impact across all age groups. Experience is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Flexible work environment available.

Compensation:
Pay range: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients to improve communication, language, and swallowing functions.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Develop, market, and implement innovative programs to meet patient needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Present in-services and contribute to staff education and training.
Assist in the overall operations and growth of the therapy department.

Qualifications:
Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Possess or be eligible for Washington state licensure as an SLP.
