Responsibilities
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Relient Health, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Screening patients and developing initial and interim treatment plans.
  • Conducting evaluations and documenting progress toward identified objectives.
  • Delivering quality speech therapy services, including conducting patient and family education sessions.
  • Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance speech therapy services.
  • Overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLPs-CFYs) if applicable.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, state licensure or eligibility, and a positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player. Hospital experience is preferred, but not required. This facility can support a CFY.
