A global CPG manufacturer are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to join their team in Broomfield, CO. This hybrid role requires in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving innovation, renovation, sourcing, business continuity, and productivity projects to success.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with overall company strategies and objectives.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, creating and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Regularly update and report project statuses to the Senior Manager of the PMO and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Resource Allocation and Management:

  • Collaborate with resource managers to effectively allocate and manage resources to support project activities and meet deadlines.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to established best practices.

Change Management:

  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, minimizing their impact on project outcomes.


About You:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of CPG project management experience in commercializing goods, ideally with a food background. Proven record of successfully leading and delivering projects, preferably within the food industry or related sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using project management tools and software.
