Job Description Seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth in the Springfield, MA territory. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies. Will also be involved in market research, sales planning, and presenting proposals to potential clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives that align with our company's goals. The BDM will be responsible for overseeing outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives. Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Utilize CRM for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. There is a clear path for this individual to grow into a Director of Sales position and build out a sales team underneath them once their own book of business is established. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in business development and client relationship management Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Excellent communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability and willingness to cold call Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Hungry and willing to drive revenue and incest time into training
