Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive,Power Platform, etc. Provide engineering and administrative support for (M365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams,Power Platform, etc.) and guidance to enhance collaboration and productivity. Provides troubleshooting expertise within the O365 ecosystem to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Work on development and support task as assigned in adequate tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Experience in enterprise design, development and implementation of collaboration solutions usingMicrosoft 365 products and services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Strong experience in developing solutions in SharePoint and Teams using SPFX framework (React). Strong experience in designing and developing solutions in Power automate and Power apps. Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation. MS Graph is a plus. Experience in security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.Key Words to search in Resume
