  • Participate in weekly Production deployment validation and deployment in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Install and upgrade packages as required in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Help with user maintenance activities.
  • Analyze business requirements by collaborating with different teams, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Work with Release management team for cutovers representing Platform team.
  • Help with any maintenance activities where Platform team is involved.
  • Help with troubleshooting of any deployment issues under platform team's purview.
  • Help with any automation requirement for deployment.
  • Participate in any data migration activities for the D365 environments.
