Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Charlotte/Chicago/Kennesaw/Richmond

Type: Contract

Set-up: Hybrid (2-3 Days onsite)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on customer-facing applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Use Sketch, InVision, and Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design mockups.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Work in an Agile environment, using tools like JIRA.


Requirements:

  • Proven UX design experience, preferably in financial/government services.
  • Great experience with heavy service/data side.
  • Proficiency in Sketch; InVision and Figma skills.
  • Financial or similar industry experience.
  • Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes such as Lean XD and Design Sprints.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.


Additional Role Requirements:

  • Information Architecture/UX Design: This role requires a balance of 50% Information Architecture and 50% UX Design.
  • Form Design Experience: Must have extensive experience with form design, understanding the connection between multiple forms.
