Insight Global is seeking a Metrology Technician I to join a leading Medical Device company in the Twin Cities. This individual will be a vital part of ongoing projects at the team. The role will consist of development build support, measuring and characterizing in-process test units, executing engineering studies, collecting and summarizing engineering data for the team.


This role can pay between $25.00 - 32.00/hour


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assemble and fabricate components according to engineering specifications

- Interpret schematics and technical drawings for project implementation

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure project deadlines are met


Experience

- Hands-on experience with hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks

- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements

- Ability to conduct root cause analysis on technical issues

- Knowledge of interpreting schematics and technical drawings
