Has a passion for textiles, product quality, and customer satisfaction?What You'll Do:Investigating product quality issues through testing, inspection, and root cause analysis to ensure accurate and timely resolutions. Collaborating with sales and coordination teams to resolve escalated customer concerns, including warranty claims and freight damage. Documenting findings and maintaining detailed records using systems like Epicor and UPS call tags to support resolution and accountability. Coordinating with suppliers to manage product replacements, issue chargebacks, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Managing non-conforming inventory in partnership with inspectors to maintain smooth material flow and minimize disruptions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches. Providing cross-functional guidance on quality standards, training tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Strong customer service skills with textile product and application knowledge. Solid analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new technology tools. Familiarity with lean thinking and project management concepts. Understanding of installation and material application processes in manufacturing environments. Desired Skills and Experience Experience in the textile, quality, engineering, or communication industries. Familiarity with systems like Epicor and UPS call tags for documentation and resolution tracking. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide internal consulting on quality standards. Knowledge of lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide others.
