We’re hiring a Legal BD Manager to join our Client Success team at Nexl to support the delivery of our collaboration cloud platform with our law firm customers. You'll be working closely with Marketing and BD teams from leading US law firms as well as our Client Success team to help our law firm clients be successful on our platform.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Legal Client Success Manager Manager to support the delivery of our CRM solution and work closely with law firm clients and the broader Client Services team. You’ll be supported by a great team and you’ll have opportunities to grow and expand with a rapidly growing startup.


We’re looking for someone to be based in a US time zone (ideally based in North America and Canada).


The ideal candidate has worked closely with law firms, you might have been a Marketing Manager in a law firm or implemented software for law fiirms.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our platform for law firms.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Train lawyers and their teams on the utilization of our innovative cloud-based CRM system and various standard use cases.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support in using our software.
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades and additional services based on client needs.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve our solution based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Create and present detailed project reports, including project status updates and project completion reports.
  • Ensure deliverables align with the company's objectives and maintain our high standard of quality.


Your Background

  • Deep Marketing and BD legal expertise: You've worked in the Marketing and BD function of law firms and worked with lawyers before. You live and breathe the legal industry.
  • Proven Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in delivering CRM solutions or similar projects for clients with a focus on planning, execution, and timely delivery.
  • Client-Focused Relationship Builder: Skilled in fostering positive client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional support for client satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy and Innovative: Proficient in cloud-based technologies, capable of training users and identifying upgrade opportunities.
  • Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Thrives in a rapidly growing startup environment, takes ownership of projects, and embraces challenges.
