  • Project Coordination: Act as a primary contact for assigned projects, including those related to credit card initiatives and other compliance-related changes.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist in performing compliance risk assessments and conduct targeted assessments for specific areas or products.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve compliance-related inquiries or issues escalated from other departments.
  • KRI Development: Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for reporting to management and the Board Committee.
  • Corrective Actions: Support the compliance department in addressing and resolving findings from compliance reviews, internal audits, and regulatory examinations.
  • Special Projects: Provide support for various special projects and other duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Law).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with compliance management systems and risk assessment processes is preferred.
