Together we work to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money and materials which end up in landfills.Job Duties and Responsibilities:As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.In the Field Daily:Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.On-site visits, phone calls, and follow-upsVisiting a variety of industries including Multi-family Housing, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Home office time for route planning and follow up.Customer Relationship Development:Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and expectationsValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust of our customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesEmbody Sales Process:Memorizing sales methodology and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily/weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territoryRequired Qualifications:Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamBonus Qualifications:General working knowledge of property management, facilities maintenance and/or construction industry - although not requiredExperience using CRM tool and processExperience working in base + commission environmentCompensation: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
