Join us for a career in sales that changes lives.As an Airway Sales Representative with our Acute Care and Monitoring business, you will assist the Inside/Remote Sales Reps and focus on Medtronics Airways product portfolio, including airway monitors and endotracheal tubes (ETT). As an Airways Rep, you are responsible for driving Shiley tracheostomy and endotracheal utilization within existing accounts, and developing and growing sales of the Cuff Pressure Monitoring product lines, while driving continued use and growth of our consumable airway products within the shared customer base. You will focus on these products and driving increased utilization within the assigned markets.We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid drivers license is essential for this role.This position should be based in the greater Los Angeles, CA area and will cover up the West Coast including Northern CA, Oregon, and Washington. This role includes a high volume of travel including overnights.Key Responsibilities:Full sales and support responsibility for assigned territory to achieve assigned quota.Find, plan, develop, assigned accounts and successfully execute business plan to gain market share and convert competitive accounts.Cold call competitive accounts.Provide in-services on equipment at customer sites.Be an expert on product lines and have strong sales acumen to increase business and grow existing accounts.Confidently instruct end users on operation, care, and maintenance of products to clinical staff.Leverage relationships to drive Shiley and CPM (Cuff Pressure Monitoring) sal.Be confident entering the OR, NICU, ICU, ED areas of the hospital and confidently sell in high-pressure situations.Focus on customer satisfaction as a high priority.Provide technical information to healthcare staff consistent with product user manuals and instructions for use.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and servicesNice to Have:B2B sales experienceHospital market familiarityMedical device experienceSales quota job historyClinical hospital experience around airway productsCompetencies: Competitive and confident while also adept at participating in a team environment; personable, energetic, responsive, confident, and honestPhysical Job Requirements: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD): 60,000.00 to 80,000.00. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
