The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. The Sales Coordinator position assists the sales team in all aspects related to executing the yearly budget plan. This includes item set up documents, inventory uploads, helping build program documents and PO fulfillment. This position works closely with sales representatives, the marketing team, and the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with retailers, customers, and sales representatives via phone, email and chat
- Assist with contacting new prospective dealers via phone calls, quarterly newsletters, and e-mail.
- Assist with dealer marketing initiatives for POP, fixturing, catalog builds, POG’s etc.
- Assist with consumer and distributor/buying group shows throughout the year
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Inventory Uploads to EDI Partners – Create template for each EDI trading partner and pull inventory daily (Monday-Friday) for upload into their system.
- Digital Asset Site Inventory Document: Pull daily inventory feeds for our independent retailers daily (Monday-Friday) and post to the Digital site.
- Process control of all B2B purchase orders.
- Daily fulfillment push on all EDI/non-EDI PO’s
- Key orders as needed (Canada, In-house, VIP)
- Work closely with sales team to input and manage pre-book and in season orders.
- Product location transferring from warehouse to pre-book warehouse as needed.
- Maintain seasonal, pre-book shipping and purchase order tracking document.
- Manage seasonal dealer programs, order writers, catalog, and related sales meeting documents.
- Manage drop box content for sales reps and big box accounts.
- Assist with all co-branding and VIP in-house projects.
- Manage floor ready projects of hang tags, hangers and size rings.
- Manage sample orders for sales reps each season.
- Assist with SPS projects as they relate to sales, including new dealer implementation, ASN’s, Invoicing, Acknowledgements.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
