  • Problem Management Analyst Experience: 3 years of experience in a Problem Management Analyst role is a must-have.
  • ITIL Knowledge: ITIL v3 or v4 certification and strong ITIL-based knowledge are essential.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Must have experience in RCA, including creation, tracking, and implementation of solutions.
  • ServiceNow Experience: Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including reporting to leadership and facilitating problem resolution.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Ability to lead meetings for RCA, extract detailed information, and create management review documents.
  • Action Item Management: Experience handling action items resulting from RCA and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process Implementation: Implementing processes and policies defined by leads, executing as per established guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to ask the right questions and conduct thorough problem analysis.
  • Healthcare Background: A healthcare background is not required but would be beneficial.
