LiquidAgents Healthcare, a full-service staffing firm, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our innovative team. This role will assist the CFO with financial analysis, reporting, and company regulatory issues. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work with multiple departments to resolve issues that arise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts financial analysis modeling and forecasting
  • Financial variance reporting on division and department segments
  • Develops insightful suggestions for cost reduction
  • Creates financial reports in Oracle
  • Ensure that shared service costs are allocated
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on month end close, variance analysis, and financial statement package
  • Assist with external audit, tax returns, and other 3rd party compliance requests
  • Track and complete multi state business and professional licensure
  • Prepare presentations for management discussion
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in an accounting role
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information
  • Access Database experience preferred
