Budtenders are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and support the overall day-to-day operations of our retail dispensary.Provide exceptional customer service; offer positive resolutions to customer inquiresGenerate sales through interpersonal customer interaction and suggestive sellingPrevent asset loss through proper zoning and floor awarenessEffectively perform register transactions without errors or shortagesAdhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standardsConsistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performancePartner with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunitiesComply with all company policies and procedures; follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environmentWhat We Are Looking ForMust be 21+ years oldWork a part time schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and SundayShift times vary between the hours of 8am - 10pmRequires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbolsMust be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistanceAbility to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shiftRequires manual dexterity to operate job related equipmentRequires normal hearing rangeCompensationCompetitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour.Physical Requirements/Workplace EnvironmentRequires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.Requires normal hearing range.Workplace is an office setting.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
