Calling all Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) Advanced Care Partners is seeking a skilled and passionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) who is eager to make a difference in our pediatric patients‘ lives. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate skills in medical procedures, such as trach care (suctioning, changes, monitoring, etc.) and ventilator monitoring
  • Assist and monitor meal preparation and feedings, including tube feedings
  • Monitor the environment for the safety and wellness of the patients
  • Able to recognize and respond appropriately to medical emergencies
  • Maintain patient confidentiality as specified in HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the center, including maintaining equipment and supplies, paperwork, and infection control
  • Promote a positive environment for the development of children through a positive and caring attitude
  • Current Florida EMT Licensure (minimum 6 months experience).
  • CPR and BLS
  • At least 1 year of pediatrics experience (preferred) but willing to train as an EMT intern.
