Description NYC Health Hospitals/Coler, an affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is seeking Full-time Primary Care Attending Physician to meet the goals of the organization, provide services that will ensure top level patient/provider continuity, and ensure the coordination of service across levels of care and access to timely and appropriate care. From specialized rehabilitation equipment to expert wound care, Coler provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Responsibilities: As a Full-time Primary Care Attending at NYC Health Hospitals/Coler, you will: Demonstrate a commitment to community health, evidence-based practice, academic medicine, and patient-centered care. Adhere to applicable regulations for physician services and medical management. Initiate referrals for consult and specialty services as needed. Provide direct clinical services, including primary care and acute illness management, adhering to established protocols and evidence-based standards. Facilitate emergency and planned discharges to acute hospitals or medical treatment facilities.Ensure timely and accurate completion of medical records, orders, and documentation.
