Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Owner. The Principal Owner will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing a Farm Bureau Insurance agency. The Principal Owner will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales and service, finances, and staff management. The Principal Owner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and the community.


Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of Michigan.
  • Leadership, Management, and Sales skills
  • Financial and Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant regulations
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
  • You will need to earn a professional insurance license in life, health, and accident insurance.
  • You will need to earn a professional insurance license in Property & Casualty insurance.
