Role / Title: Adobe Experience Engineer


Location:

  • Requirement: Must be located in Hartford, CT.
  • Flexibility: 3 days per week on-site, with the option to work remotely on other days.

Job Overview / Scope:

  • Role: Hands-on and leadership role within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) space.
  • Key Responsibilities: Involves architecture design, with the flexibility to act as a lead developer when needed to support projects.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for transactional systems.
  • Expertise in AEM Development, AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.

Job Description:

  • Focus: Various Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / HSB Portal / Content Management Projects.


Required Working Experience & Education:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in Information Systems or Project Management.
  • 2+ years in Delivery Management.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing AEM products and platforms.
  • Experience with AEM websites, portals, and homegrown applications.
  • Experience in a product team structure using common principles and practices.
  • Preferred: Experience in the primary insurance industry.
  • Leadership experience with onsite-offshore development resources.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Must-Have:
  • Proficiency in SQL for transactional systems.
  • Proficiency in AEM Development, AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Dashboard, ARM Template, Terraform, and Bicep-based pipelines with Git repositories.
  • Experience with Azure services including Function App, Logic App, App Services, and API Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.
