Role / Title: Adobe Experience Engineer
Location:
- Requirement: Must be located in Hartford, CT.
- Flexibility: 3 days per week on-site, with the option to work remotely on other days.

- Role: Hands-on and leadership role within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) space.

Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for transactional systems.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.

Job Description:
- Focus: Various Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / HSB Portal / Content Management Projects.
Required Working Experience & Education:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in Information Systems or Project Management.
- 2+ years in Delivery Management.
- Experience building, leading, and developing AEM products and platforms.
- Experience with AEM websites, portals, and homegrown applications.
- Experience in a product team structure using common principles and practices.
- Preferred: Experience in the primary insurance industry.
- Leadership experience with onsite-offshore development resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Must-Have:
- Proficiency in SQL for transactional systems.
- Proficiency in AEM Development, AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Dashboard, ARM Template, Terraform, and Bicep-based pipelines with Git repositories.
- Experience with Azure services including Function App, Logic App, App Services, and API Management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.
