  • Conduct simulations and provide operational recommendations concerning the production potential of gas wells, with or without artificial lift technologies.
  • Develop production profiles and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize gas well production using artificial lift technologies and appropriate completion geometry.
  • Research and analyze real-time data from field wells to identify opportunities for production improvement.
  • Prepare reports detailing analysis results.
  • Collaborate with the business development department to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Work closely with the field service department to plan well workovers and deploy artificial lift technology.
  • Actively participate in front-end engineering workflows to guide the design parameters of artificial lift technologies.

Skills, Experience, Education, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in geoscience, reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in related fields in a plus but not required.
  • Specialization in production and artificial lift technologies preferred.
  • Experience in analyzing gas reservoirs and optimizing gas production is essential.
  • Proficiency in modeling and simulation software.
  • Strong analytical skills, field observation abilities, and results interpretation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Adaptability when interacting with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultures.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to explore new opportunities.
  • Experience with gas compression and multiphase flow dynamics is a plus.
