Requirements:

  • Implement Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, etc.) and enable CI/ CD along with Continuous Testing/ Automation
  • Manage plan, build, and test of new code, and ensure its smooth transition into operational use.
  • Act as collaborator between many teams and contributors, including the software creation team (Dev) and the team that manages and runs it (Ops).
  • Work with different teams to implement Custom Development/ Web projects using .Net, Java, Qlik, SharePoint and Netlify.
  • Create project charter and scope statement, create and maintain project plans, roles and responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage projects leveraging agile mindset via Jira, Kanban, Scrum, and Azure DevOps, adhering to GxP processes.
  • Run daily stand-up meetings to closely monitor progress and performance against project plan, take timely action, resolve issues, and avoid delays.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the SDLC process (development, testing, UAT, and pre-production testing) for each production release from an implementation and documentation perspective.
  • Report weekly status and generate monthly Demand/ Delivery/ DevOps KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Successfully coordinate and execute multitude of interrelated IT project activities within tight budgetary constraints while providing actionable insights to leadership and proactively adapting to changing priorities.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised projects/ programs.
  • Responsible for liaison between IT and Operations team to drive closure to any urgent on demand issues.


Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of proven experience as an DevOps/ Agile Project Manager or other managerial position
  • 4 years bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
  • Experience in enabling Azure DevOps for programs/ projects is a must
  • An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and program/ project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) is required.
  • Exhibit spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Prior Pharma (specifically Commercial vertical) industry experience is a plus
  • Prior AbbVie experience is a strong advantage
  • Any DevOps/ Agile certifications is a plus
  • Any experience delivering Gen AI projects is a major plus
