We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Pediatric Occupational Therapist-Home Health As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist , you'll help children with a wide range of needs - including developmental, behavioral, and medically complex conditions - build the skills they need for greater independence, confidence, and daily success. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Provide direct therapy services in both clinic and home settings , promoting skill carryover across environments. Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure children achieve meaningful outcomes. Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care for every child.
