Job DetailsLevel Management Job Location Rayburn Elementary School - San Antonio, TX Position Type Full-Time, Benefits Eligible Education Level Bachelor's Salary Range $55000.00 - $58000.00 Salary Travel Percentage Up to 25% Job Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Job Category Quality Assurance/Compliance 635 Rayburn Drive The Director of Data and Membership oversees accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness of all program and youth membership data collected in the program system Afterschool HQ. The Director ensures that each grant or funding stream meets documentation, reporting, and data submission standards before final approval by the CPO. This role is also responsible for monitoring, auditing, and reducing compliance violations throughout the organization. This role also actively collaborates with other departments on documentation and grant reporting needs when necessary. ece Master AfterSchoolHQ, the Grafana analytics platform and GrantSeeker to best understand reporting needs and BGCSA membership requirements. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to provide updates on grant requirements, membership demographics, and overall programmatic impact. Responsible for completing and submitting grant reports as required. Review Afterschool HQ data prepared by the Data Specialist for accuracy and compliance. Prepare programmatic reports and datasets for Program Senior Leadership and the Chief Program Officer to review and approve. Lead BGCA membership registration events with Clubhouse staff Explain the AfterSchoolHQ platform to parents/guardians and troubleshoot any internal or external issues with the platform Client Success Specialists. Maintain and update the Compliance Tracker with review status, deadlines, and approvals. Communicate with Senior Leadership, Branch Directors, and Program Managers to resolve missing data or compliance issues. Track reporting deadlines and ensure submissions are reviewed and approved on schedule. Coordinate quarterly internal audits of data accuracy and documentation. Provide data-related training and guidance to staff as needed. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent education and relevant work experience. 3 years' experience leading outcomes and compliance improvement initiatives, including process improvement and development of corrective action plans and tracking. A minimum of 2 years of grant management and reporting Experience and expertise with compliance or regulatory process implementation, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations, guidelines, and standards. Demonstrate ability to efficiently and effectively manage a large volume of work, be organized and detailed, successfully multi-task and complete assignments on short notice with tight time constraints and meet deadlines; and provide responsive customer services to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude. Demonstrate the ability to work directly with Senior Leadership and all other personnel to build consensus, establish confidence, communicate effectively, and contribute to positive work culture. Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as approaching deadlines or job ambiguity).
