This location of the properties will be in Texas - preferred areas would be Midland, Dallas and Houston.In this role you will:Manage team member relations, including leasing, assisting with setting up payroll deductions for rent, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing vendor services and conducting regular property inspections.Develop and implement comprehensive property management plans to optimize property performance and maximize profitability.Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing regulations and safety standards.Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing any concerns or issues.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.Qualifications:High school diploma requiredBachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationIntermediate Microsoft Office skills requiredStrong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision makingSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectivesExcellent customer service skillsTravel required 75%Additional Information:Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) Flexible Spending AccountsAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWeekly Pay
