Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at our campus located in Lancaster, PA. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our residents, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.


Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Experience in providing nursing care to seniors
  • Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
  • Ability to assess and respond to residents' needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
  • Current CPR and first aid certification
