About the role



We are seeking a skilled Field Glass Administrator to oversee the effective management and utilization of our Field Glass system. As a Field Glass Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the system, ensuring its efficiency, and providing support to users across various departments. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.




Qualifications



· Bachelor's degree or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, workforce management, or related field Proven experience with the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration and administration.




Responsibilities


Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing user support Negotiate and Verify Supplier Rates Help to Supervisors create, Job Postings, Revise Workers, Onboard/Offboard workers Manage Job Templates, Supplier Profiles Run Reports for various Stakeholder groups Ensure Invoice process between Fieldglass and S4 Troubleshoot error handling report Attend meetings with Technical Run Team to review, assist, approve, IT tickets




Education:


Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.

The Woodlands, TX (Onsite - 4-5 days a week)
