Project Manager (Multifamily Construction)Our client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 25+ years ago, they specialize in the commercial and multi-family spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (with multifamily and/or commercial project experience) to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organizationJob DescriptionManage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from initiation to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and cost controls.Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.Proactively address any project-related challenges or risks.Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not requiredA strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and techniques.Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.Strong communication abilities for interacting with clients and stakeholders.Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project ManagersPreconstruction experienceProficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferredInterpersonal communicationAbility to adapt to ensure project successProficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectsWhat's on OfferA competitive base salary between $100,000-$140,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
