Your Impactful Role:

  • Innovative Program Design: Craft and implement cutting-edge ABA programs for children and young adults with ASD, making a tangible difference in their lives.
  • Expert Supervision: Conduct thorough assessments and provide high-quality supervision to RBTs, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Family Engagement: Offer insightful guidance to families and make data-driven adjustments to treatments, enhancing overall effectiveness.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certificate and state license (WI only) in good standing
  • Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion)
  • Functional understanding of advanced ABA principles
