Our client is looking for a Program Manager who will focus on understanding and optimizing the customer journey to enhance user experience and drive engagement.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed maps of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and experiences across various stages of the journey.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives.
  • Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
  • Use feedback to refine and optimize the customer journey.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53/hr to $59/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include:
