Job Summary

The Senior Vice President & Head of Operations will oversee the company's core hardware day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will embody our core values and lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and trust across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily core hardware operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify, develop, and execute strategic plans.
  • Execute strategic plans through a disciplined and focused approach to achieve operational and organizational goals.

Team Development and Leadership

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages strong cross-functional teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop a high performing operations team while promoting a culture that aligns with the company’s core values.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer Focus

  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority through best-in-class helpful service delivery.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Executive/Senior Management role (7 years’ experience); serving as a Senior VP of Ops, or Senior Leadership position
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, preferably in the hardware sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with a history of managing complex budgets
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
