Job Summary:
The Vice President for Enrollment Management is a key leadership position within the institution, with central responsibility for attracting students to fulfill the College's mission as a liberal arts college, meet revenue goals, and present Wooster's high-quality programs and exceptional outcomes to prospective students, parents, the higher education community, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to achieve institutional goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of enrollment professionals to recruit and retain students, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to promote Wooster's academic programs and services.
- Manage enrollment data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in enrollment management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in higher education, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in enrollment management, with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.
