Important Details About this Role:This role will be in-office at our Highland Hts., OH Headquarters, 4 days per week. This role requires at least 2-3 years of dedicated AI Engineer/Developer experience and 2+ years in a Lead role. No sponsorships of any kind can be offered now, or in the future. This role involves overseeing a team of AI engineers, to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and support business objectives through machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics.Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business goals and drive innovationLead a team in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate solutions into existing systemsEnsure AI initiatives follow ethical guidelines, regulatory compliance, and data governance best practicesMonitor AI model performance, optimize algorithms, and enhance accuracy over timeStay current on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform strategic directionEstablish frameworks for responsible AI deployment and risk managementManage AI-related resources, and project timelinesFoster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.Basic Qualifications:4+ Years experience as a lead and/or engineer developing and deploying AI/ Machine learning solutionsBachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related fieldProven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with a strong technical foundationExperience leading teams and managing projects from gathering business requirements to development to implementationProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, C#, Git, also proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure.Strong understanding of data modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniquesAbility to translate complex AI concepts into practical applications for business stakeholdersFamiliarity with cloud-based AI solutions and big data platformsStrong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindsetPassion and Drive for using AI concepts and technologies to improve business processes.Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate across departmentsTravel:
