This is a full-cycle recruiter position where you will use both your domain knowledge and the latest automation tools to run and optimise all recruitment activities.Main ResponsibilitiesSource, approach, and engage IT and engineering candidates using direct search, networking, and AI sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut)Screen CVs and assess candidate fit, leveraging your technical background to understand profiles and skillsArrange and conduct interviews, including technical qualification and soft skills assessmentCoordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and project leadsManage candidate pipelines and communication, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to offer and onboardingUse AI and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Loxo, Zapier) to streamline sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and follow-upSupport employer branding and recruitment marketing activities using AI-powered content tools (e.g. Canva, Copy.ai)Track recruitment metrics, maintain up-to-date records, and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automationRequirementsTechnical background: degree or experience as a developer, QA, data engineer, or similarExperience as a recruiter, ideally in tech or ITHands-on experience with AI or automation tools in any stage of the recruitment processStrong communication skills in English (C1) and PolishHighly organised, proactive, and ready to work independentlyNice to HaveExperience automating recruitment workflowsEmployer branding or recruitment marketing experienceBenefitsSolid, competitive salaryWork in multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projectsMedical care
