With decades of industry experience and a mid-sized, relationship-driven approach, they handle multi-million-dollar projects while offering efficient scheduling, cost control, and personalized service.Job DescriptionDaily Responsibilities:Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety standardsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, crews, and deliveriesMaintain daily logs, track progress, and communicate updates to project managersReview schedules, address field issues, and adjust workflow to keep the project on trackConduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulationsManage quality control, resolve conflicts, and ensure the jobsite stays organized and productiveMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
