Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at Cedar Ridge Country Club. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will collaborate with the dining services team to ensure high-quality culinary experiences for club members and guests. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in culinary arts, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead the kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative and delicious dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the dining services team
  • Experience in high-volume food service establishments
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred
