This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors. How You'll Perform the Role We're looking for a Director of Data Products to join our Data & Analytics team and lead the design, strategy, and delivery of high-impact data products. In this role, you will define product roadmaps, oversee execution, and deliver scalable, business-focused solutions that unlock value across the enterprise. Define and own the vision and roadmap for enterprise data products. Partner with business leaders, ERP teams, Data Engineering and Warehousing team to translate priorities into actionable product initiatives. Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics tools (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI). Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and with measurable outcomes. Establish KPIs/OKRs to measure success and continuously improve. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Novolex strategy. Mentor and develop product managers and data professionals. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, peers, and vendors to influence strategic decisions and ensure alignment What We Need From You 10+ years of product management experience in data, analytics, or AI platforms. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred); exposure to enterprise applications like Workday, One Stream, Coupa, SAP MII is a plus. Proven success with Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI). Skilled at prioritization, road mapping, and delivering value in complex environments. Excellent communicator who can influence technical and business stakeholders. Experienced leaders who can inspire and grow teams.
