You have a knack for ensuring competitive sourcing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels for our Manitowoc division. You’re the star quarterback, working closely with our operations team to support continuous improvement objectives. As a leader, you’ll oversee two Procurement Buyers, bringing proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a team. What You’ll Do Daily:

·        Develop and Implement Strategic Procurement Plans by consolidating purchases across multiple business units to maximize economies of scale.

·        Analyze Data and Market Trends by identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

·        Monitor Supplier Performance by establishing key performance indicators to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.

·        Conduct Regular Procurement Reviews by implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·        Maintain Strong Supplier Relationships by fostering collaboration and communication with key suppliers and stakeholders.

·        Ensure Compliance and Best Practices by upholding procurement standards and best practices.


You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing management. A passion to achieve economies of scale, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency is a must
