Required Skills & Experience • 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Compliance Analyst in Legal, Security, or Privacy domains. • Proven experience working with Legal Ops, InfoSec, or Data Privacy teams on process/system transformations. • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, BigID, Collibra, Archer, Ironclad, or Icertis. • Deep understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) and security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST). • Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. • Proficiency in workflow modeling, data analysis (Excel/Power BI/Tableau), and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence). Preferred / Nice to Have • Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA. • Experience supporting audit readiness, vendor risk assessments, or GRC program rollouts. • Background in SaaS product environments or regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, or Tech). • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, AI model risk management, and privacy-by-design principles.
